The Heartbeat Jazz Band
The inspiration behind Bill Logozzo's "Musical Dreams for Human Harmony", is his band, Heartbeat. After September 11th, Bill and the band sought ways in which they could help bring solace and aid to those affected by the tragic events of this day. Heartbeat's first major charity performance was held in April, 2002, which contributed to a foundation named for a close family friend, Todd Ouida, who was lost in The World Trade Center disaster. It was during this concert that they realized they had discovered a special purpose for their music.
